Redbridge was chosen by Mazars LLP, accountants, to design and fit out their new office suite in One St Peter's Square, Manchester.
Project
With a tight eight-week timescale the project included creating bespoke glazed meeting rooms with iconic views of St Peter's Square.
Details
Technical challenges including altering the existing sprinkler and alarm systems, electrical and mechanical installations, installing roller racking, and fixed storage. As well as designing aesthetic features including vinyl decoration, new flooring, and state-of-the-art meeting pods. The project required close coordination with the building’s management team and other contractors, as there were multiple fitouts occurring within the building at the same time to ensure minimal disruption and hazards.
