Recognising the potential for improvement and expansion, they sought Redbridge's expertise to create their perfect space.
Details
Working with Together’s nominated architect and structural engineer, we constructed a two-story glazed extension for reception and meeting rooms and landscaped the external area to create a boulevard-style approach.
Additionally, we provided a comprehensive refurbishment of all three office levels, incorporating solid and glazed partitioning, full mechanical and electrical installations, new flooring, redecoration, a bespoke EFTE roof in the central courtyard, upgraded restrooms, and a fully equipped cafeteria.
Close collaboration with Together Money was essential due to the inter-company landlord and tenant split, involving cost division and design considerations.
