Ribolt Investments engaged Redbridge in 2010 to transform the 26,885 sq ft block and restore its former facade.
Details
After successfully completing the internal fit-out, Redbridge was tasked with a schedule of works involving scaffolding, stonework repairs, stone cleaning, window decoration, and remedial work.
Close collaboration with the client, managing agents, tenants, and Manchester City Council ensured safe and non-disruptive work. Redbridge's commitment to high health and safety standards was evident, with regular external and internal audits. The project was completed incident-free to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
