Our long-time client Quorum set us a challenge when we collaborated with CP Maybin architects to convert an office block in Sale into twenty-one flats, the scheme was called Metro House.
Details
Although we normally specialise in commercial or health and education interior design and refurbishment, close coordination with various stakeholders resulted in delivering a hugely successful residential scheme that no one would believe was once an office.
The exterior cladding and windows were replaced to enhance the appearance, and the space was transformed into high specification flats, satisfying both Quorum's objectives and the buyers' preferences. We take great pride in the end result and the satisfaction expressed by the purchasers.
