Stockport Grammar Quad
Overview
Stockport Grammar School aimed to enhance their sixth form facilities, collaborating with 10architect to develop an ambitious plan to fill an outdoor quadrangle as well as two common rooms.
Project
Innovative and modern, the works created a modern social space for study, as well as a café which mimicked those within work spaces.
Details
Despite the site's location on a main thoroughfare through the school during term time, careful coordination and detail orientated project management minimised disruptions to the school's daily life and kept the project on track.
