Brazen House
Overview
Nestled in the vibrant city neighbourhood of Ancoats, Redbridge had the opportunity to develop Brazen House on Ancoats Street.
Project
Collaborating with David & Rafe Bell and Edwards & Co, we designed and refurbished the property to create a modern and flexible working space.
Details
The project involved a complete strip-out, however preserving features like the basement's graffiti added to the authentic feel of the design. Blending old with new, we also installed a new mechanical ventilation system, new flooring, a lift, DDA-compliant toilets, a kitchen with custom stainless steel worktop, and added lighting features to the timber walls and throughout the space.
