NES Global, a prominent talent solutions provider, approached us to make much needed updates to their offices at Station House, Altrincham as the space required significant refurbishment.
Project
Building a strong working relationship with landlord, Bruntwood, we were able to coordinate phased relocations to facilitate the refurbishment without staff downtime or disruption.
Details
The project included CAT A refurbishment involving heating, asbestos removal, lighting, and power updates, followed by CAT B work, designing a modern environment with new offices, meeting rooms, communal areas, including bespoke reception desk and furniture installation. NES' core values aligned with our approach, making it a successful collaboration.
