Overview

Following the successful completion of Metro House sale for Quorum, they approached us about undertaking a similar scheme at Woodview in Poynton.

Project

The works involved the conversion of an existing office block into apartments. We worked closely with the client’s architect to develop a full interior design scheme for the works which built upon the successes of Metro House.

Details

Over a 45 week period, we undertook a full conversion of the building including the installation of a new roof, new windows throughout, and a full fit out of each of the apartments themselves.

We also worked closely with Checkmate (similar to NHBC) throughout the scheme to ensure that we obtained full technical sign off to their requirements.
